The INSANE APP, has your workout program, habits trackers, food diary tracker, progress tracker and an in app chat system to stay in contact with your coach.
Weekly LIVE instructor led workout sessions via ZOOM. These sessions are designed to keep you on track. Don’t worry if you miss it, all sessions are recorded and available to access on our video workout hub.
Weekly check ins with your coach to assess your progress and whether your personalised plan needs adapting. A chance to talk about any issues or barriers which you need help overcoming in order to achieve your goals.
Nutrition guidance and an in app food tracker. The food tracker on the APP allows you to simple take a photo of what you eat throughout the day, then I can review your food diary at the end of each week during our weekly check ins.
If you chose the PT program you will be enrolled onto a three month contract. That’s 12 weeks to make a difference to your health. Payments will be monthly and after the three month contract if you wish to continue, you will just keep paying monthly until you feel ready to venture into the fitness world solo. Simple.
